Cho Cho

Here is our new favorite Vegetable. The Cho Cho.
It can be steamed,stir fried, put in soup or stew or eaten raw in a salad. It has a very nice crunch, with not much taste except the taste of "fresh veggie". Peel it,
Take out the center


Chop it up
